Flexible, high and mid-range capacity forming solutions for solid or center filled ball and fancy lollipops

The GEA Aquarius FlexFormer is a variable capacity forming system for forming of solid or center filled ball or 3D lollipops. The machine runs from 300 up to 2,100 lollipops a minute.

High and medium speed accurate single twist wrapping of ball and 3D ball lollipops

Designed for reliability, quality and improved hygiene, the GEA Aquarius BunchWrappers' are executed in stainless steel and high-grade aluminum.

Unlike regular double-twist wrappers, the OverlapSeal double-twist wrapper is hermetically sealed.

In areas were the atmospheric humidity is high the lollipops shelf life can be significantly extended because the moisture cannot reach the lollipop. With the tear slit, the OverlapSeal double-twist is extremely easy to open.
