Boy catching candyBecause you can see our GEA SmartPacker CX180 packaging machine running 250 bags per minute.
We pack at 250 bags per minute and still detect candy between the jaws because of our unique product between jaw detection system.

So in the end the GEA SmartPacker CX180 gives you a higher output per square meter, a lower cost per bag and far fewer unattractive damaged products in the bags.

GEA Aquarius BunchWrapper

The GEA Aquarius BunchWrapper wraps lollipops from 600 up to 800 lollipops per minute for most types and diameters of ball lollipops. 

 

The standard, compact and reliable GEA Aquarius BunchWrapper 400-S wraps up to 400 hard candy lollipops per minute. This new medium capacity wrapping machine is especially designed for producers making their first steps into professional lollipop production. But it also enables larger manufacturers to further expand their production with a cost-attractive solution for high quality wrapping. 

 

The BunchWrapper 400-S shares the advanced features and is built to the same quality as the 600 and 800 version. Latest development on the GEA Aquarius Bunchwrapper is a unique labelling system to place labels on the stick of the lollipops. This will be done with the same speed that the machine wraps the lollipops, so no efficiency loss due to this option.  The system will be modular and can be extended with a tattoo- or sticker between the film option. Labels and stickers are used to create more product attractiveness and differentiation from competition in fierce lollipop markets worldwide. 

 

GEA SmartPacker

 GEA Food Solutions' vertical packaging portfolio has two high speed solutions: The GEA SmartPacker TwinTube C (see photo) and the Low Drop configuration of the GEA SmartPacker CX250 (see photo). 

The GEA SmartPacker TwinTube C synchronises two forming tubes on a single machine to enable an output of up to 500 bags per minute - that's around four times the speed of most conventional lines. The Low Drop configuration virtually doubles the machine's output potential to 250 bags per minute. 

As well as the high speed machines, GEA Food Solutions also offers a full range of high performance vertical baggers including intermittent (SX) and continuous (CX) GEA SmartPackers for bag lengths up to 550 mm and widths up to 400 mm. There is a wide choice of options to produce film bags directly from the reel, ranging from simple pillow bags and block bottom bags to advanced Doystyle, Quatro seal and re-closable zipper bags.
