Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen:

• 3 1/2-jährige Berufsausbildung (z. B. als Fleischtechniker)
• zusätzlich eine mindestens 2-jährige Fachausbildung (z. B. als staatlich geprüfter Lebensmitteltechnologe)
• langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lebensmittelindustrie wünschenswert
