Via graphical screens the operator is informed about equipment functioning and the operation mode of all equipment.

The authorized operator can influence the mode of the production line or equipment from a central point in supervisory control.

The machine status overview shows a specific machine with the current status of its monitored parts.

The process value overview screen shows the process values for the machine. 

Trending

The historical trend shows the graphical trend of a selectable process value within a selectable time range.

Here you can compare different process values over the same period of time..

Batch report

The quality report is a page in where a process value can be visualised within a desired time frame.

For batch oriented machines the report can show an overview of the produced batches over a desired time frame. From this batch list you can open a batch report for this specific batch’

The quality report can be printed or exported as a PDF file.

Alarm overview

All actual alarms are visualized in the actual alarm page, alarms contain information like when it came in, the message text, the area of where the alarm is and the priority of the alarm.

All historical alarms are visualized in the historical alarm page, alarms contain information like when it came in, the message text, the area of where the alarm is and the priority of the alarm. Historical alarms are all alarm messages that where acknowledged.

The alarm statistics page gives statistical information on occurring alarms like how often alarm occur and what the duration is.
